Thesis: the culture of consumption isn't good for American society because consumers are no longer aware of what is truly important, valuable, and what is actually meaningful. Day by day Americans have becomed greedy and just want more.

The consumption culture is just focus in having the latest objects that are insignificant. They want more than they can afford which brings them negative feedback.
